Apart from the 7.8 inch IPS LCD display with 720p HD resolution, the tablet also features a 1.2 GHz Quad core processor backed by 1 GB RAM and 8 GB internal storage. The storage is further extendable to 32 GB using MicroSD card slot. The operating system used is Android 4.2.2 jelly bean. Micromax has not specified any further details about the chipset yet. To provide you with connectivity while on the move, Micromax has also provided with a SIM card slot through which you can avail 3G data connection and voice calling. Other connectivity features include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth , GPS / aGPS. The primary camera has a 5 MP sensor and at the front you will get a 2 MP shooter for voice calling. All this hardware is powered by a 3600 mAh battery. The tablet is available in black and white color variants. Micromax has tried to distinguish itself from the 7 inch crowd by adding some extra display real estate. It will compete against tablets like Dell Venue 7 and Simmtronics Xpad Freedom.
