Xolo B700 is powered by 1GHz of Mediatek Dual Core processor and this is supported by 512MB RAM, I know the power is not much but it is justified as per the price on which it is offered. The primary camera is of 5MP which is supported by Flash and has the capability of HD video recording. You cannot expect video calling quality with the secondary camera which is 0.3 MP VGA in this case. The storage capacity starts with 4GB of Internal Storage and this can be extended up to 32 GB with the external memory card, there is no information available regarding the user memory out of that internal storage of 4GB. The size of the screen as mentioned above is 4.3 inches with the IPS display of qHD resolution (540 x 960 pixels). The Android OS on which Xolo B700 operates is the Ice-Cream Sandwich and there is no news on it getting upgraded to Jellybeans. It is a dual-core phone and it supports 3G on both the SIM slots and it also supports connectivity feature of Wifi 8092.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 2.1, micro USB support and GPS.

Conclusion
This phone is a good choice when considering the phone under 10k INR because the battery is always an issue in this case on this phone its fairly large, so if you put small number of apps on Xolo B700 then this phone will give not show much UI lag and moreover you will be easily able to use your phone throughout the day with full brightness of your screen.
